The website www.zebratan.com is governed by the company Clogreice registered in the Antibes RCS under the number 818401648, called "Zebratan".
The present general terms and conditions of sale are concluded between Zebratan and any natural person "the buyer" wishing to purchase products on the website.
The present Terms and Conditions are applied as soon as the order is validated.
1.Purpose
The General Terms and Conditions are intended to define the terms of sale between Zebratan and the buyer, from the placing of the order to payment and delivery to the address indicated by the buyer. Placing an order on the site: www.zebratan.com implies unreserved acceptance of the provisions of these conditions.
On the other hand, the buyer declares to be at least 18 years old and to have the legal capacity or to be holder of a parental authorization allowing him to place an order on the site.
2.Products
The products that appear on the site are sold and shipped by Zebratan, within the limits of available stocks. The products are described in the most precise way as possible. Clogreice company brings the greatest possible accuracy to the description of its cards as well as to their presentation. Nevertheless, the colours presented on the images cannot be guaranteed due to the different resolution performances of the images of the computer tools used.
The photos and texts illustrating the product sheets are only indicative and non contractual.
3. Prices
The prices of the articles are indicated in Euros, all taxes included, including VAT at the rate of 20%. To these prices may apply reductions applicable on the day of the order, on the price of the products and not shipping costs which remain fixed, at the rate of the post office, colissimo, or by GLS carrier. The buyer will be informed of the amount of the shipping costs when validating the basket before finalising his/her order. He or she may also consult the prices beforehand.
If taxes were to vary, the price would be passed on to the product(s) concerned, however this price would not be modified after validation of the order.
4. Orders
To place an order, the buyer must create a customer account with a valid email address and a password is automatically generated. The customer will then be able to modify it in his personal interface. If the customer forgets the password, he can ask to receive a new automatic password by e-mail (the e-mail of his registration), which Zebratan will not be aware of.
5. Order validation
Once he has validated his basket, the buyer must read these terms and conditions and accept them without reservation. He will then choose his delivery and payment method. Payment methods are automatically proposed when the order is placed. This step implements the contract between Zebratan and the buyer.
Zebratan is notified of the order by email as soon as it is validated after payment. In case the buyer has omitted information about his postal address necessary to send his package, Zebratan reserves the right to block the order until the missing information is received. The buyer will be notified by email of the reason for the hold and will have to provide the missing information. If the customer wishes to cancel one or more products already shipped, he will have to wait for the reception of the parcel and return the products intact and unused. He will be refunded the amount of the products concerned only, the rest of the order remaining firm and final. The shipping costs will not be refunded to him, both those of return and the costs initially paid.
6. Payment
The buyer can pay for his purchases:
- By credit card:
Carte Bleue, e-carte bleue, Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
This service is governed by the Prestashop chekcout company which reserves the right to accept or refuse the payment according to several filters: name of the cardholder, country of issue of the payment, available funds.
- By PAYPAL
The buyer will be able to pay for his purchases by connecting to his paypal account and will be redirected to it automatically when the order is placed.
- Bank transfer
The processing time is longer, Zebratan will proceed with the dispatch of the order upon receipt of the bank transfer, after verification of its receipt on the account
Zebratan reserves the right to suspend any order that has not been paid in full. Any refusal of payment by Prestashop chekcout will not be taken into account and the customer will have to place a new order. He is informed by e-mail of the acceptance or refusal of payment.
7. Delivery
The items ordered are shipped to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order. The customer can enter a delivery address and an invoicing address. Deliveries are announced by e-mail, and the customer will be informed of his tracking number so that he can check the progress of his order on the GLS website.

The average reception time is 24 to 72 hours and 5-7 days for international or overseas deliveries. Packages are the responsibility of the buyer once they leave the premises of Zebratan. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check the contents of his package in the presence of the deliveryman, or the person who received the package (relay point, deposit etc.). The buyer must refuse the package in the event of a damaged, incomplete or incorrect order. If the buyer does not make any refusal at the time of delivery, the package will be definitively accepted by the latter and no claim can be made. In case of damage to the package, the justified protest must be made to the carrier within 14 days of receipt of the package. After 3 attempts at home delivery, GLS will drop off the package at a relay point. It is up to the buyer to collect it. No reimbursement will be made in the event of delivery at a relay point.
Zebratan cannot be held liable for damage during transport. Zebratan endeavours to prepare the packages with the greatest care and to protect them as much as possible. No claim will be made by Zebratan if the package has been accepted and signed for by the buyer, or if the status appears as "delivered" on the internet. If at the time of delivery the buyer is not present at his home, the driver reserves the right to drop off the package at a relay point available to the customer. The buyer is notified by sms or email. If the order could not be delivered due to an absence or an incomplete address, it is up to the buyer to contact the carrier GLS by calling 0972483194.
Zebratan cannot be held responsible for strikes or delays on the part of the carrier. It is up to the customer to contact the carrier to find out where his package is and no reimbursement will be made in the event of late delivery.
8.Availability
If the product ordered is not in stock, the buyer will be notified by email. The buyer can choose to wait for the product to be restocked or to cancel his order and be reimbursed. He can also choose an equivalent product at the same price and undertakes to pay an additional shipping charge if the product in question changes the amount of the shipping costs.
9.Right of retraction and exchange
The buyer has, according to article L 121-20 of the French Code, a period of fourteen clear days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal. As stipulated in article L. 121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code:Are excluded from the right of withdrawal all goods that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and health protection. This includes cosmetic products and hygiene accessories. The purchaser will be refunded the amount of the order except for the shipping costs incurred, after verification of the unused goods in their original packaging. The customer will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the goods at our premises.

10.Return
The buyer has 14 working days to return his order. After this period the products will be considered compliant and accepted by the customer. Zebratan reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the customer does not comply with the return conditions. The merchandise must be returned in its entirety and in its original packaging, accompanied by the purchase invoice, and the return costs in case of retraction by the buyer are at his expense.
11.Warranty
All the products benefit from the guarantee against hidden defects (article L211-1 of the consumer law and article 1641 and following of the civil code). The buyer can thus return defective products at his own expense.

To be in conformity with the contract, the property must:
Be fit for its intended use and correspond to the description given by the seller. It must present the qualities expected by the buyer which will have been presented by the seller during the presentation, description and advertising.
The warranty will not cover products damaged during transport or misuse by the buyer.As a reminder, to act in guarantee of the hidden defects, it is necessary to bring back the proof:that the defect existed at the time of purchase;
that it is a hidden defect, i.e. not apparent;that the defect renders the good unfit for the use for which it was intended or significantly diminishes its use.
12. Liability
Zebratan undertakes to describe with the greatest precision the products put online on the site. Zebratan cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience or damage related to the use of the Internet network, in particular an intrusion of a third party, a computer virus or the unavailability of the service.
13. Personal data
Zebratan undertakes to respect the confidentiality of personal data given by the buyer when ordering on the site and to treat them in accordance with the law of 6 January 1978. The buyer has the right to access the file, and to rectify or delete information concerning him by sending an email with his request to Zebratan, using the contact form.

The present general conditions are applicable as soon as the order is validated by the buyer. In case of dispute, the buyer must first contact the company in order to resolve any disputes amicably between the parties.
